據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息，2月6日歐盟發(fā)布（EU）No 2015/174委員會(huì)條例，就食品接觸的塑料物料和制品修訂（EU） No 10/2011號(hào)條例，本法規(guī)自公布后第20日起開(kāi)始生效。
2015年2月26日以前執(zhí)行（EU） No 10/2011條例的塑料材料與制品仍可繼續(xù)流通至2016年2月26日，直至庫(kù)存用完。（EU） No 10/2011條例列出了可用于塑料材料與制品的一系列許可物質(zhì)。

COMMISSION REGULATION （EU） 2015/174 of 5 February 2015 amending and correcting Regulation （EU） No 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food （Text with EEA relevance） THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Having regard to Regulation （EC） No 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 October 2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food and repealing Directives 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC （1）， and in particular points （a）， （c）， （d） and （e） of Article 5（1）， Article 11（3） and Article 12（6） thereof, Whereas: （1） Annex I to Commission Regulation （EU） No 10/2011 （2） establishes a Union list of authorised substances （‘the Union list’） which may be used in the manufacture of plastic materials and articles.
