據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息，3月12日歐盟委員會發(fā)布兩項法規(guī)，批準異丙醇（propan-2-ol）、順式氯氰菊酯（Alpha-cypermethrin）作為農(nóng)藥活性物質(zhì)。本法規(guī)自公布二十日起生效。
歐委會稱，對于異丙醇，當(dāng)產(chǎn)品可能在食品或飼料中殘留時，應(yīng)根據(jù)法規(guī)（EC）No 470/2009或（EC）No 396/2005按需要設(shè)定或修訂最大殘留限量（MRL），同時應(yīng)采用適當(dāng)?shù)姆里L(fēng)險措施確保不會超出限量；使用順式氯氰菊酯時，應(yīng)注意個人防護與水體污染。

Having regard to Regulation （EU） No 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 May 2012 concerning the making available on the market and use of biocidal products （1）， and in particular the third subparagraph of Article 89（1） thereof,
Whereas:
（1） Commission Delegated Regulation （EU） No 1062/2014 （2） establishes a list of active substances to be evaluated with a view to their possible approval for use in biocidal products or inclusion into Annex I to Regulation （EU） No 528/2012. That list includes propan-2-ol.
