據(jù)美國食品藥品管理局（FDA）消息，5月6日美國FDA發(fā)布了進(jìn)口水產(chǎn)品安全性報(bào)告。其中涉及的水產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)管措施包括：國內(nèi)外水產(chǎn)品企業(yè)檢查、進(jìn)口水產(chǎn)品口岸抽查、國內(nèi)市場進(jìn)口水產(chǎn)品抽查、進(jìn)口水產(chǎn)商檢查、以及國外水產(chǎn)品保障體系評價(jià)措施。 美國FDA對水產(chǎn)品采取強(qiáng)制性安全方案，方案的核心是水產(chǎn)品HACCP指南。報(bào)告稱，美國FDA還使用分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)應(yīng)對水產(chǎn)品摻假問題，即使用最新的DNA測序手段對水產(chǎn)品類別進(jìn)行真?zhèn)巫R(shí)別。 部分原文報(bào)道如下： The Agency has a variety of tools to ensure compliance with seafood safety requirements, including inspections of domestic and foreign processing facilities, examination and sampling of domestic seafood and seafood offered for import into the United States, domestic surveillance sampling of imported products, inspections of seafood importers, evaluations of filers of seafood products offered for import, and foreign country program assessments. FDA works closely with our foreign, Federal, state, local, and Tribal partners to share relevant information and ensure that products in U.S. commerce meet applicable FDA requirements. |
