2015年7月23日，美國(guó)消費(fèi)品安全委員會(huì)（CPSC）、加拿大衛(wèi)生部和UPPAbaby公司聯(lián)合宣布對(duì)中國(guó)產(chǎn)嬰兒折疊車和座椅保險(xiǎn)桿實(shí)施自愿性召回。

此次被召回的產(chǎn)品涉及與WISTA牌嬰兒折疊車2015型和CRUZ牌嬰兒折疊車一起銷售的保險(xiǎn)桿，以及放在折疊車框上的座椅，僅有2015年1月1日開始銷售的折疊車才在此召回范圍，以下為召回的牌號(hào)及型號(hào)信息：

此次被召回的產(chǎn)品在美國(guó)的銷售數(shù)量約為71000個(gè)，在加拿大銷售數(shù)量約為8000個(gè)。召回原因：折疊車前面的保險(xiǎn)桿內(nèi)注入的聚氨酯泡沫塑料及所配的座椅可能被兒童不斷用嘴咬，若被兒童吞食，存在嗆噎的危險(xiǎn)。截止目前，加拿大衛(wèi)生部及5514KM公司尚未接到相關(guān)事故報(bào)告，但UPPAbaby公司已接到22起因兒童牙咬而露出泡沫塊的事故報(bào)告，但未造成人員傷亡。

為此，美國(guó)消費(fèi)品安全委員會(huì)（CPSC）和加拿大衛(wèi)生部建議消費(fèi)者立即將保險(xiǎn)桿從折疊車上移除，并與UPPAbaby公司聯(lián)系免費(fèi)獲取保險(xiǎn)桿罩及警示標(biāo)簽。
